At this time in the dance field, two opposing realities are true: 1) equitable and fair pay is vital for all collaborators 2) funding and grant/ presenting opportunities are limited and competitive. From my perspective, this dynamic has caused a vicious cycle where artists have started to rely on institutional support to create. A project doesn't happen unless a grant is awarded, a residency is given, the liquid resources become available.

Dance requires space, time, and people to create, so this pattern makes sense! However, artists shouldn't have to be administrators too. I offer my services to help artists feel empowered to create either within or outside of traditional funding/ presenting structures.

These offerings can function like an a-la-carte menu: Pick 1 or pick many. I'll send you an individualized quote that most suits your project and gives you a sense of what each service will entail.
Project Budgeting & Tracking
We'll do some analysis on past projects if applicable, then anticipate costs, and develop a plan to secure the income to end your project in the green. You'll receive a strategic budget with contingency plans, cashflow estimates, and templates for financial tracking.​
Fundraising & Event Planning
We'll talk through public fundraising, private solicitations, and general how-to's of asking people to support your work. If you want to have a special event to help fundraising, we'll talk through possible formats and add-ons including raffles, auctions, peer-to-peer campaigning, and more.
Personal Finances
​As an artist, getting your personal finances on track can be difficult. Whether you have a saving goal, need to do your taxes, or want to build your credit, I can guide you through some options to reach your financial goals and set up your accounts to help you land on solid ground.
Grant Writing
Have a grant you think you're eligible for but don't know where to start? Have a project you know needs funding but can't find an opportunity? I'll help you write Letters of Interest to private foundations, full government grants, and take care of the reporting process.
Production & Process Support
With years of company management experience, I can help get your project organized so all collaborators are on the same page and your work can be your focus. Suitable for a performance, residency process, film production, or outreach engagement.
Marketing Strategy and Brand Identity
In need of a re-vamp of your website/social media or seeking a clear strategy to boost your image? We'll discuss goals, inspiration, messaging and more to develop a brand identity that feels true to you, organize your media content, and create a multi-month content calendar to expand your reach.

PRICING
I offer tiered pricing depending on the scale and duration of the project, and the financial demonstrated need of each client. I borrow the following structure and language from my peer, Sofia Engleman. My sliding scale starts at 1/2 of what I value my time and work to cost. This tiered system is not a deal or steal! I am only able to show up for those who need to use the lower tier because folks with greater access to funds show up by paying at the higher tier. I use surplus from higher paying clients to allow for a limited number of free planning or strategy sessions for low-income artists. This is an opportunity to show up for each other and support the field from within! Payment plans are available and will be determined once we decide on the project scale.
Tiers
1.
Tier one is half of my standard rate. This rate is suitable for emerging artists and low-income individuals who are trying to get a project off the ground without much or any prior support.
2.
Tier two is my standard rate, suitable for those who have more experience in the field and have some prior support/foundation.
3.
Tier three is 50% higher than my standard rate. If you have the funds or are more established and wish to help fuel this little ecosystem, this rate is for you.
